Chris Pollen is the Founder of Boxfort Homes, with a diverse background in senior leadership roles across a broad spectrum of development projects. His expertise spans the entire development process, from acquisition to sales and closing.

Chris has managed the development of over 1200 town homes and 500 condos, totalling more than $400 million in value. His experience includes design, municipal approvals, value engineering, financing, and sales. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Chris serves as a commissioner on the Calgary Planning Commission, the city’s highest development approval authority outside of the Calgary City Council. He has also been an active volunteer in addressing the challenges within Calgary’s redevelopment industry.

Chris brings knowledge and experience in real estate development, particularly in residential projects. He has a proven track record of managing complex projects and navigating municipal processes.
