How Accelerator Works

mddl Accelerator is for you if:

• You have an active project and need expert support along the way
• You're a homeowner looking to understand the redevelopment opportunity on your property
• You're a real estate enthusiast looking to understand the next steps in finding a suitable project
• You are a housing provider looking to expand your portfolio to infill housing
• You are a municipal representative and want to gain insights from industry experts on land redevelopment to inform municipal policies and processes

In your 30 min working session, you can:

• Ask specific questions about the expertise of your chosen Expert-In-Residence (EIR) to help you advance your project
• Ask your EIR about their experience with past projects, including project budgeting, timelines, designs and lessons learned
• Ask your EIR how you can improve or optimize your project to meet specific goals
• Review your qualifications for financing, design plans, budgets and pro forma
• Ask your EIR how you can navigate certain challenges such as: approvals, appeals, community concerns, building code
