Gilles Lesage is an experienced Home Inspector and Registered Energy Advisor with over 20 years inthe industry. He is a former active CAHPI and RHI member, now practicing for his company Total Home Solutions in Kelowna, BC.
Gilles has made significant contributions to both the home inspection and energy efficiency sectors. In 2005, he became a certified energy advisor, combining it with his home inspection work. He has continued to grow professionally with certifications in New Home Construction and Multiple Unit Residential Buildings. After relocating to Kelowna in 2011, he continued his work in both home inspections and energy efficiency evaluations, increasing his involvement in provincial programs and BC’s building code for Energy Efficiency in New Home Construction.
